The location was ideal, dedicated staff and bright rooms. Beautiful view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Well-maintained garden and very clean pool area.

Breakfast was fine and the staff was willing to help. We liked the public beach near our hotel. Moreover, a haunted house was 15 minutes' walk away. Luxury room, lovely bed. Amazing views and nice garden...

The hotel was neat, and we loved an awesome location. Cozy venue with lovely rooms and an own bathroom. Everyone was willing to help, charming staff. Located close to eateries and restaurants. The lounge restaurant onsite had healthy dishes. A kind of excellent service.

Fashioned room, everyone was very very friendly. Hotel was fairly clean. Quick check in and late check out. Had access to its wifi, it was free.
There was a hard bed.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Skyline Chili, set within 20 minutes walk or so.

The location was absolutely perfect, staff was very helpful. Very comfy beds, a wet bar, a fridge and a coffee machine in the room. Besides, it was short walk to shopping, many restaurants. The food was delicious, had plenty of options. Service was efficient throughout the hotel. Excellent stay overall.

By and large, it was cozy base for sightseeing in Louisville, had much fun. The staff are HELPFUL people. Comforts of king room were fabulous - a coffee maker, a writing table and a couch bed. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.
